About the Rive Area
Rive is Geneva's most tourist-heavy area. The Jet d'eau, the flower clock (Horloge Fleurie) and lakeside promenades attract millions of visitors each year. The area is also popular for its restaurants, bars and the Globus department store.
Parking here is at a premium. We strongly recommend arriving early (before 09:00) or using public transport from a Park & Ride site. Trams 12 and 17 connect Rive directly to the P+R sites on the city outskirts.
