About Gare Cornavin
Geneva Cornavin is the main railway station of Geneva and one of the busiest in Switzerland. Trains run frequently to Lausanne (35 min), Bern (1h40), Zurich (2h50) and international services to Paris (3h), Lyon (2h) and Milan (3h30).
The station is located in the centre of Geneva, just north of the Rhone. Trams 12, 13, 14, 15 and 18 stop directly outside, connecting to all parts of the city. The station has an underground shopping level (Nuit et Jour shops) and a large food court.
If you are driving to the station to drop off or pick up, use the short-term drop-off zone on the street outside (limited to 5 minutes free). For longer waits, use Parking Cornavin below the station or Parking Mont-Blanc nearby.
